Think twice before you go with any other hosting! :-) I had a small issue with an email forwarder (something totally stupid which turned out I was doing the wrong way), what shocked me is that they answered my support ticket in like 4 minutes.

I stick to Thinkhost like glue.\n \nI have used their service for about 3 years now and never once had even the slightest reason to complain.\n \nTheir customer service is amongst the very best I have ever seen - online or off.\n
