Hosting Selected

I just signed up and was pleased with the simplicity to manage my website through their interface. I was REALLY pleased with the quick response I got through their online customer support chat, as soon as I connected someone was there to answer my questions. I just got started so I cannot review technical support as yet, but so far so good. I have been able to easily add two separate websites.

Before I start this review, may I just say, this is the first review I make on any kind of website. This means a lot, because I really wanted to let people know how great the webhostingpad.com service is. Being from a foreign country I always had doubts about getting the right web hosting service, one that I could trust, with my info, good uptime, data transfer, and space, among all the services that they explain better in their site. Let me tell you it paid off, support is great, either via email, or live support. Every time I have a problem, I go to their live service and they just KNOW the answer, or they ask you to send them an email and they fix it. No problems with up-time or data-transfer. Two thumbs up!

Yes, the tech support (online helpdesk)could be beefed up but I haven’t had too many reasons to call tech support. I’d estimate a 10 minute or so outage every two months. They are NOT marketing savvy…in other words.. don’t expect a chatty exchange of ideas. They do make me very happy, I mean webhostingpad phone support, they simply are great bunch of guys. Whenever I call these guys they really make you feel good, they are very friendly and technically very knowledgable. I myself being a senior programmer sometimes find their technical skills awesome. I really recommend webhostingpad.

They Do not provide unlimited web space as stated. They give only 10000MB and any usage(example database size or photo) above 10% of it will be considered as "ABUSE".Please refer to their "Terms" in the web site.

I signed up for one year of service at Web Hosting Pad ("WHP"). I was enticed by the huge space and bandwidth promises. I was naive and I soon found that it was a big mistake. Somehow I didn't think through the fact that hosting companies like WHP don't have the resources to really offer such huge space. They offer such huge space for marketing reasons and if anyone actually took them up on their feature list, they would be in trouble.
